Sonos In-Ceiling 6" Set is an architectural audio system that combines a Sonos Amp with a pair of 6-inch Sonos and Sonance In-Ceiling Speakers for discreet, built-in whole-room audio. The passive speakers feature flush, bezel-less grilles that can be painted to match the ceiling, while Sonos Amp provides wireless streaming and control through the Sonos app.
The In-Ceiling 6" Set includes Sonos Amp and two 6-inch In-Ceiling Speakers, with each speaker featuring a 6.5-inch polypropylene woofer, 1-inch tweeter, 36 Hz–20 kHz frequency response, and 110 dB maximum SPL.
The speakers provide 90° nominal coverage, 8-ohm impedance, and 130 W maximum power handling when optimised for use with Sonos Amp. Each speaker measures 235.5 mm diameter × 120.3 mm depth and requires a 209.6 mm diameter cutout. Trueplay tuning and Sonos speaker optimisation are supported through the Sonos app.
